Comprehensive Birth Planning Session

• Standalone: $175 or included in birth doula service package

• Can be done virtually or in-person

Come sit down with me and go over all your options for your birth. Together, we will look at evidence-based education and use a framework for you to make your own decisions + find out what things are important to you so we can tailor the perfect birth "plan" for you! These are the preferences, goals, and the vibes you want for your birth.

Bring a lunch or snack for this 3 hour planning workshop! A digital & 3 printed, laminated copies will be provided when we are finished. Carry copies to your appointments and to your birthing location. Go over them with your provider & any other birth team members to help get everyone on the same page for what matters to you!
