Comprehensive Birth Planning Session

• Standalone: $99 or included in birth doula service package

• Can be done virtually or in-person

This is a session up to 3 hours of education and exploration of all your options for labor, birth, and postpartum and putting your choices into a concise birth plan. We go over interventions, comfort measures, pain relief, and so much more. Not all sessions will take the full time, but you’re not rushed to finish with this amount of time.

A printable design is sent to you. Carry copies to your appointments and to your birthing location & help get everyone on the same page for your preferences!
