This includes comprehensive support through your pregnancy, labor, and birth. With you at the center, plus my guidance, we will work together to help you achieve the best possible experience. Time spent with me usually looks like 2-4 prenatal visits, phone/text support from the moment you hire me, on call availability for your birth starting at 36 weeks on, the first 2-3 hours after birth, plus 2-3 postpartum visits, typically in the first few days, 2-4 weeks, 6-12 weeks. We adapt based on your needs. At minimum you’ll have 2 prenatal visits and 2 postpartum visits.
A labor doula highlights the personal details of your birthing process and tailors everything to your unique needs. Everyone deserves a doula and I would be honored to be on your team!
I offer a sliding fee upon request that is based on your own personal assessment of need for a reduced fee. Please feel free to ask for more details.
My full self pay fee is $1200 - save $100 paying in full by 32 weeks. Payment in full is due by the the time I go on call for you (36 weeks). Any agreed upon discount will be taken off your final payment.
Deposit Required for all self pay or sliding fee clients. My deposit is nonrefundable and 30% of the total agreed upon fee, due at time of signing contract.

BOOKS FOR POSTPARTUM SERVICE ARE NOW OPEN!
Postpartum packages start at $35/hour for truly invaluable support after baby arrives! Also available as a discounted add-on to birth doula service for a seamless experience from pregnancy and birth, up to 6 weeks postpartum. I offer packages customized to your specific needs and budget, with a minimum of 4 hours booked and fully paid to start service. Overnight services occasionally available; just ask for more details! Infant CPR & First Aid certified.
I am excited and prepared to work with you on whatever you need assistance with during this time! This could look like light cleaning, cooking, caring for baby so you can do XYZ (like nap or do some self care!), caring for other children, feeding support, overnight assistance, gentle guidance, processing your birth, recommending needed resources, help with feeding, and many other things.
We don’t have to do it alone! Having a postpartum doula will lighten your load and help ensure a smooth transition to parenthood with tailored care and expert guidance.

If you find yourself experiencing a pregnancy loss, it is absolutely not unusual to feel overwhelmed with how to navigate all of the emotions and aspects of everything that will take place. You can count on me as your bereavement doula to provide solace and understanding with gentle care and truly heartfelt support. I can guide you through what to expect, how to prepare yourself and your family, and offer the personal, specialized care needed for you and your family.
